        a.    Included in the instructions - fill out a form for your profile.
        b.    What name you want to use.
        c.    Your email address - we suggest you use your email address at work not the one created for you at

        d.    How you want messages delivered to you - you can receive an email - every time someone posts a message, or daily or no email and just check the site.
        e.    The format of the messages you receive.

We are hoping this will provide a venue to ask questions regarding specific topics that come up in the course of the day and how other counties resolved these problems.
